For tough stains, we may use a professional-grade surfactant—stronger than SH yet fully biodegradable and safe when applied correctly. To protect your property, we pre-wet plants and surrounding surfaces before treatment and then follow with a thorough post-rinse. This final rinse takes 5–10 minutes per side, removing any chemical residue, diluting runoff, and preventing stains or clouding.
